- Entries must be posted online no later than 12 midnight MDT June 30, 2004
- All nominations will be judged by a panel of educators designated by the Colorado Staff
   Development Council (CSDC).
- The Staff Development Prize winner will be announced in September on the websites of
   Relearning by Design and Colorado Staff Development Council; the award will be
   presented at the Fall 2004 CSDC Conference.
- The winner will receive a plaque and a monetary award of $500.
- CSDC provides leadership in Colorado in the area of professional development with a
   focus on promoting change for student success, networking, and sharing expertise.  For

Have you ever had a teacher who taught from something deep in their heart...

This prize honors an exemplary teacher of teachers, who demonstrates unusual vision, effectiveness, cheerful persistence, and tact in education educators through in-service programs in schools.  It is limited to those individuals living in Colorado.  The person may be nominated by a peer, colleague, or supervisor.
